Working Out! Please ANSWER!
When I run I get cramps reallllly easily. Is here any food that I can eat before I run to backing me not get cramps? Or is there anything I can drink? Is within any stretches or ways to run or breathe when I run so that I don't get cramps? PLEASE ANSWER!
Answer: Someone answered this on another General-Health-Care.com question, clich¨¦ "Cramps usually occur for one of two reasons: 1) Dehydration, or 2) Lack of oxygen. So, be paid sure you drink plenty of water before running, and be sure to breath powerfully while running. One trick is to breath through both your mouth and nose at the same time, to allow more nouns flow. Don't over do it though; breathing harder than natural can actually halt the amount of oxygen going into your system (think hyperventilation)."

As far as foods -- My trainer recommends vitamins. Potassium & Magnesium will help prevent cramps. Bananas are a great source of potassium, and I taking a day by day multi-vitamin will get you the magnesium.
