I was in the grocery store and I bent down slightly. All of the sudden i seize this excruciating pain in the lower right unit of my back and I couldn't move. When I finally was competent to move, I had to limp because it hirt so desperate. I didn't even lift anything up.

Does anybody know what this is? It was a sharp agony, but I could feel it deep inside my spinal column.
