There in fact are some email sources for fentanyl patches, but they are style expensive. The short answer is that your friend getting the lortab on-line is probably doing it with a telemedic service, which is a source for any class 3 or above drugs to be prescribed by a on-line doctor. the item is that fentanyl(along with your oxy) is a programme 2 drug, cant do the telemedic thing next to these meds.
talk to your doc, if he/she rx'd you fentanyl contained by the past, I'm sure they wont be worried to Rx you other strong class2 opioid. ask roughly hydromorphone, Demerol, and maybe methadone, different drugs work for different inhabitants.
You are on some heavy duty medication. Back agony is hard to control. I work contained by an Pediatric intensive care section. I did work in an full-grown intensive care until that time. So I do know about these medication. I would stay away from Fentanyl as long as possible. I have never see it used out side the hospital. But that does not mean that it does not arise. Just be care of adjectives this medication it is all highly addictive.

None of those drugs do anything for spasm. Opiates/opioids can only procure one too intoxicated to care that they're surrounded by pain. These things are not backache management. You should snub these things altogether. The biggest problem I've seen is that the debt is usually more painful than the injury that cause people to be in motion on these drugs in the first place. These things should one and only be used in the most extreme circumstances, and afterwards, only as a finishing resort.
