Quitting smoking tomorrow. any counsel or encouragement?

don't put in the picture yourself you will never smoke again. it is too much pressure & you will cave. lately take it sometime at a time. say... making it through the first time... then the subsequent... etc. (i "quit" 6 mos ago, but i have have about 4 smokes to comfort me get through-- anything it takes, man!)
forget the candy & gum...
by the way-- the smells... are not adjectives good... i started smelling bearing gross smells i was not aware of... everywhere... it be nasty!!!
the obsession is harder to break than the addiction to the niccotine. it is the "break" from life that be the hardest to deal beside. smoking was my "break" from work, conservatory & life within general...

get a lot of snack foods, I approaching carrots and sunflower seed - not together of course, but to substitute that oral fixation.. I don`t know gum would help too.. I probably would have started again but, become very interested in study about Organics and the use of synthetic chemicals (in Food, furniture, everything). I quit at midnight New Years Eve four years contained by a row and made it six months each time. Started again after July1st respectively time. The fifth time I quit, I crushed my cigarette pack at 8 PM instead of having a second cigarette minutes before midnight and made it adjectives the way. Just ancient 22 years clean two hours ago. Stick to it,if you backfire keep quiting. Eventually you take tired of going through withdrawal.Why is my gone side hurting? It's been hurting since closing night.?

Do not smoke even one cigarette. If the urge get bad afterwards go for a pace, chew gum, or whatever it take. And remember the urge to smoke only later for a few minutes and then it's gone. Just try to stay busy and keep hold of your mind off the smokes.I just finished 5 weeks today lacking a cigarette and I have smoked for almost 20 years. The physical addiction take 1 to 2 weeks to get over ( severe cravings and mortal a grouch) , I believe this part is style of easy if you are motivated. Afterwards , it is the Mental Addiction to be precise hard to overcome , i.e. in my judgment, resisting milder cravings after eating or when have an alcholic drink or coffee etc. OR being around others who do smoke. That addiction is harder to overcome but so far I hold............Encouragement? Every morning you wake up , you cough smaller quantity and less and your body rids itself of adjectives of the phlegm from smoking, Each day your lungs get the impression better and better and your sense of smell and tastes for food increase in intensity.

Oh my gosh! I am so proud of you. (Tears are coming!) My Grandpa died Friday March 3rd of this ancient year. I came to university crying. My Dad drove me to school. They told him that they be taking him off of duration support and my Dad was trying not to cry in advance of me and I tried not to either. But, I individual saw him really when I was little. He be always too drunk. We volunteered to fly down from Wisconsin to Florida but he other told us no. I really miss him though. I tried to be strong for my Dad but you can never let turn of a loved one. I walked into the conservatory doors balling and a few adults asked me if I was okay and I said yes but logically I wasn't okay. This really phases me and makes me want to do adjectives I can to stop a smoker. I really don't want you to end up resembling my Grandpa did. I really hope that when you quit that you can actually stop. I wrote my Grandpa a reminder too and I told him he was squandered (in a different way) and I let him know that drinking and smoking wasn't helping him and that he would live a much shorter energy if he smoked. And yes I was right but I really hope you can cheer others not to start because the nicotine is very adicting I've hear. Being 11 years old, I don't really know how it would be which is truly a existence blessing but I will also never know how it tastes because I will never ever smoke. I choice you the best on your quitting. And do whatever it take for you to quit. Get a job that make you so involved you won't have the time or a moment ago make better out of your go. My husband quit 3 weeks ago, he in recent times decided in the future that he had to masses family member die from cancer.But anyway, one person told him to transport all the cigarettes that he smoked for one week and put them contained by a jar with a lid. Every time you take the urge to smoke, open the jar and smell it. It should take home you not want to smoke.
Another told him to take adjectives the money he would use to buy smokes and put it into a jar, and at the end of the month, buy something that he have been wanting and didn't own the cash for (in his bag car parts for a 68 Camaro)
Or supply the amount of cash you spend per year on cigarettes and see simply how much cash you dried up! (we figured around $2200.00 for him)
I quit 4 years ago, it wasn't rugged at all, but I be in a coma for 6 weeks, have a collapsed lung and had a tracheotomy (among other things), so when I woke up, I never have a craving for one...
