I think that it's essential to do doesn`t matter what you can do get a fitting night's sleep and if that means buying a up to date bed, so be it. There is a bed that I have see advertised on TV whereby the head of the bed can be raise to various angles. It's call the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. You may have to invest in one of these in apple-pie order to take the strain sour your lower back. Also, it read as if there be possible spinal nerve deface or, at the very tiniest, some irritation of the sciatic nerve (the posterior piece being the adjectives peroneal nerve) leading to the top of the foot. This latter problem may or may not procure better with time. You've probably hear of the sciatic nerve, the largest impertinence in the body. Well, this effrontery originates from your lower spine (L4 thru S3) and, as it runs down the thigh, it supplies the posterior muscles in attendance and then divides purely above the knee into the adjectives peroneal and tibial nerves. The common peroneal brashness winds around the lateral surface of the leg to supply the anterolateral leg muscles and be continued onto the dorsum (top) of the foot. Somewhere, probably during surgery, this courage was inadvertently "bruised"--to what extent, single time will tell.

I want to find addiction treatment centers in Star Lake, New York. How?

Try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. After my spinal fusion. I feel best sleeping in a recliner.

The numbness in the feet sounds approaching neuropathy.
