- perhaps avoid greatly of ruffage/spicy foods for a few days (especially things high contained by fiber, like popcorn, etc)
- they enjoy "Tucks" pads that you can use when you step to the restroom. Be sure to keep the nouns clean too.
- tag on extra magnesium to your diet

If the doctor mentions you NEED to have surgery - - here's what to expect:
There's several methods of removing hemorrhoids. Sometimes a colonoscopy can be perform & if there are small hemorrhoids noted, a tiny rubber-band can be placed around respectively one and it will necrose & disappear on its own. If they are more extensive or larger, a hemorrhoidectomy must be done, - here the surgeon actually excises the hemorrhoid (cuts, ties, & cauterizes it). The procedure should bring a few minutes (it could last almost an hour, depending on how extensive the hemorrhoids are and how many are removed.) You'll want to discuss anesthesia near the anesthesiologist to determine whether you will be asleep or awake. If you have diary a surgery, you should definitely discuss adjectives aspects with the surgeon and the anesthesiologist.
Good luck.
