Sleep trouble....?


Ok i'm 13 and i have a discouraging sleeping problem.i don't drink or eat like mad of sugary caffeeine. I don't like thaw out milk :-P. The main problem is my thoughts. Sometimes I will in recent times lie contained by bed and think something like things. I try closing my eyes. I've tried almost everything. Even the sheep thing. I think this could be a serious problem. It's 1:21a.m right presently! I think I should tell to my dr. but mom doesn't want me too. I think it's a serious problem because I've in truth missed school because I didn't fall over asleep until 4 or 5 in the morning. Please distribute me some advice!

ok i personally use chamomille, its a crude alternative to sleeping pills. also tru burning lavender incense it relaxes alot of people but have no effect on me. my girl swears by it though

Do you close to chamomile tea it is soothing. Also try relaxing before bed if you can acquire your body in to a cut-out it will help. Try and form some sort of relaxing bed time routine. It really does minister to. I have some robustness problems that put me on at least 3 different drugs that motive sleeplesness and I have routine down and it works. I drink tea, lower the lights, read a book later lights out and think of nice places approaching sitting in a open paddock on a sunny day. Sounds stupid but it does work for me. Also a hot shower later in to bed as your body cools down it make you feel sleepy.

Try not playing on the Internet all darkness. Just kidding.You are at an age where on earth the energy of childhood is going away, and your sleep pattern are changing. When I be 14 I just adjectives of a sudden started napping after school and I have the same problem. It last all through elevated school and college. Now I work a darkness shift and I don't have the problem. I deliberate that you're just turning into a hours of darkness person. Creative types are close to that (lying awake with great philosophy at night...) Check out an matured song called "History Never Repeats" by Split Enz if you can find it on file somewhere, it talks more or less that a little. Anyway, newly nap when you can and look at it similar to you need to sleep twice respectively day, instead of once similar to most people. Don't' stress over it, because that will lately make it harder to sleep. I know this sounds stupid, but I used to have this problem when I be a teen. You know why? Because while I would lie here and try to sleep, I would think around everything. What I had done that sunshine, what I wanted to do tomorrow, etc. These days, the best bearing I find to fall asleep briskly is to think almost nothing. Stare at the blackness of your eyelids and devise as little as possible. (I always thought counting sheep be a little freaky anyway.) I hope it help.

It also helps that I work like mad too. Think of some physical activities or hobbies that can tire you out more. Good luck.

do u enjoy some kinda depression or some tension surrounded by ur mind recently...?? Here is some of my advices..
1) do some physical exercise contained by ur spare time
2) if u have sleeping quirk in the afternoon, avoid sleeping after 4 pm
3) if u believe in a religion, do pray or worship up to that time u go to bed
4) other keep ur bed room clean
5) while sleeping, stop trying to sleep and merely let it come to u naturally
6) do not consider too much while sleeping...it is sleeping time not for consideration.....
7) relax some tension contained by ur mind..
8) if necessary, u can rob some vitamin tablets..
9) After all of this and u still find it intricate to sleep..then detail ur parents and go see the doctor...
