Does anyone own any ideas of how to spatter asleep?


It's 5:30 A.M. and I can't sleep. My problem is not medical; more like I am only stressed about bills.

Does anyone own any tips for helping me to get some "shut-eye"?

The problem next to me is that I never fall aslepp when trying too, but when I'm lay down, but not trying to. You could also drink some warm milk, appropriate deep breaths and relax yourself. Trust me, i know how you have a feeling when you say bills stress you out, but contained by order to complete good at work, you must get hold of rest, You'll have to revise a way to blank it out. Listen to peaceful music, for example. Oh, and here's another tip, turn of your computer. ;)

Unisom over the counter will put you to sleep. i solitary need to pilfer half of one and i am OUT! and i am a high-ceilinged girl... 6ft. i can only predict that a smaller person would call for much less.

So you're laying here right...trying to sleep...but you cant because your stressed...your mind is running a million miles a minute...all your worries...this ...that....the thoughts preserve coming keeping you awake...........

what you do is.....as something comes into your mind....say your visa bill....envision yourself putting it into a box. next thought...the innkeeper wanting his rent...imagine yourself putting him into a box....the saloon needs latest tires....imagine yourself putting it into a box....the visa bill again....put it wager on into a box....ect ect...Just calmly conjure yourself putting everything into boxes to deal beside later.

It sounds funny but it works....one time stuff be so hard for me to box it adjectives kept popping out...and I imagined myself duct taping them shut LOL

lower back problems?

well since the root of the problem is probably stress you should do something in the order of that first. Yoga or meditation.. I hear wine helps you relax too until that time resting or sleeping.

Question about chest anguish / muscles?

wel just forget nearly sleeping tonite but tomorrow. exercise, don't drink caffeine, don't watch tv or gain on computer late at nite. you should win off the computer in the order of 2 hrs before you sleep and embezzle a warm hip bath. and read laying down on your bed. you'll be wanting to shift to sleep.

How to fall asleep?

Try this...count from 1 to 100, consequently do it backwards
then do 2 to 200 by twos, same backwards
next 3 to 300 by htrees and the same backwards
I usually never obtain too far into the 4 to 400 by 4s before i am finally asleep.
It focuses the mind and relaxes it...and the repetitive thought process creates a serene atmosphere in the mind...

sort of a variability on the old counting sheep conception....or...if you're not alone...welll...exhaustion works too....

lay real still ..blank your mind .. tolerate your muscles just permit go similar to you are limp.consequently think of a pleasant piece like a force or place that you made up in your mind.. your little cloud nine and then start counting backwards from 1000 back visualize every number ..I have never made it chronological about 500 and I be fast asleep but you enjoy to let every muscle relax and totally blank your mind no thing what comes into it make it walk away and just maintain counting..

you just lay ur person in charge down an d try not to think of gettin some sleep or anything else for that situation , then subsequent thing you kno you'll tip out asleep without even know it

Nose hurts while couhging?

You haven't mentioned what work you accomplish for your living. If your sleeplessness is not a medical problem, try doing hard physical work, (say approaching climbing the stairs, wiping floor surrounded by the house, etc.) till you really long for placing your back on the matt. It works wonders. I am a chartered accountant by profession, and most of my work is table work. I tried working in our fish farm - digging pits for saplings, drawing water from the very well, etc. that day I slept at 9 p.m. and wole up at 7 a.m. !!
The problem is that the city time has made us adjectives very inactive and averse to physical hardship.
As far as getting stressed by your bills is concerned, try meditation for 15-20 mins a afternoon. Follow a philosophy that getting tensed about some problem is no solution to it, so why procure tensed up anyway? Better is to keep your cool and try to work your agency out of it slowly and steadily.
