My left knees?
My left knees hurts and it has this big bump on it, and when I move, stroll, stand up for more than 5 minutes or am holding more than about 15 lb it hurts. WHy and what can I do to end the pain?

It depends on where on earth the "bump" is. If it is in the front, around the kneecap, you may own prepatellar bursitis, or an inflammation of the bursa sack. Start out on some ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil or Aleve) and decrease your events that cause the torment. If the pain and swelling continues, unambiguously see either your domestic physician or an orthopedic surgeon. They may be able to do an injection of cortisone or, if the bursal sac is complete too much, aspirate some of the fluid out.
