My aging mother suffers from several "diagnosed" problems including arthritis, spondolosis, and 2 (repaired) compression fractures in her lower back contained by the last 6 years. Having exhausted adjectives conventional treatment, we have see a Pain Management specialist who recommends "Prolotherapy". I twig the concept behind it. I'm only just not sure it's worth the pain and price she will enjoy to endure since it isn't covered by insurance. If you enjoy had this treatment, I'd love to hear whether it help or not.

Have you exhausted adjectives medical treatment for your mother? Prolotherapy is a relatively new concept. So much hype near it-some advocates even claim it can cure internal derangement of the knees. Before you go into it for your mother, consider why it isn't covered by insurance companies. I wouldn't rush into it, if I be you.
