It's dull until I try to move my head contained by any direction other than approaching straight forward, then its resembling a sharp pain. The just way I can regard as to describe it is how your legs feel after a long year of walking, and then someone approaching grabbing and pulling at you. I'm not sure but I assume its swollen too.
