It does not nouns like a dislocated shoulder, but more feasible an injury to the rotator cuff. The rotator cuff is a set of four muscles that surround the shoulder joint and give support to stabilize it. How did you fall? What "sure positions" hurt? A visit to a medical professional (physician, athletic trainer, physical consultant, etc) is the only opening to get a pious diagnosis as no one on the internet can in truth evaluate your shoulder. Rest, ice and a call round to a medical professional is your best bet. If it is really bothering you, ask for a therapy referral so that you can draw from some treatments and exercises to help the shoulder alleviate.

Probably injured tendons & ligaments. Ability to move indicates no dislocation nor separation. REST until injury heals within a few weeks. Then rehab with shoulder exercises. See a certified personal trainer.
