i have scoliosis but surrounded by a very low scope..as long as you are older than 18 years old-fashioned it is probable that you want need any mediacal relieve if u haven't since now....if the roblem is bigger u will own to visit a doctor to coach you some exercices with wich u will dwindle it...if the problem is even bigger u might need to put some humane of brace for sometime
