How do you stop notion sleepy when you need to stir up at a certain time, and its impulsive?

You should ban behind time sleeping. You should go to bed at most minuscule by 23:00 hrs. The best sleeping time is between 22:00 to 04:00. You will get a nouns sleep during this time only.
