since iv had pay for surgery to relive sciatica iv been disappeared with a numb and tingling foot which is rather sore im wearing a foot brace and attending phsio i know its know as foot drop but i have no other infomation on it what can i do to manufacture it better so i dont walk beside a lopsided limp as im getting really depressed and concionces of it (sp)
