Hot feet that hurt! please, try and answer...apposite luck..?
(16 years old;so its not resembling hot flashes...)
at night when i try to sleep my foot get really melt
(not sweaty)
just warm
when i touch them the discern dry.
i put lotion on...
that dosent help....
next i put them in cold river,
but the past couple weeks they hold been unspeakable.
and the discomfort has spread to my spinal column thighs.
i CANNOT SLEEP
i lie awake for HOURS (im not even kidding)
until i FINNALY pass up...
someone please help.
is this average?
has it happend to other nation?
is their treatment?
this has be going on EVERYDAY OF THIS PAST WEEK!
and before too, but its never be this bad...
self say ive have it for about 2-3 years,

I'm guessing you are tall or going to be? Even if you're not, ever hear of "growing pains"? For olden times few years, your leg muscles, arms and feet be stretching and you are now newly going thru another growth spurt. Best not to panic, a short time ago lay down and have some pillows below your feet to bump up higher than your cranium and relax for awhile. I know night time is impossible, but cold water isnt going to give support to. Sounds like this later "growth spurt" may be your final one since its happening every darkness so try and relax. If, however, you become faint, hectic and dehydrated thats another story next talk to your parents. But I do believe this is just your body moving in a more rapid stride than usual for the final countdown.
