After ACL Surgery, people are usually on crutches for one to three weeks. You might know how to go, but not move much.

I don't see why you wouldnt be able to jump. You will have sit down the in one piece time you are there. Don't try to stand or stride on it without your crutches (and don't do that much) Mo mom tore her acl and have surgery at the local hospital (big mistake) they messed it up really bad and she be hurting greatly from it.So she had a 2nd surgery done at another hospital and it go much better this time. It's weird because she is surrounded by less twinge now consequently when she had her first surgery. You would dream up she would hurt worse but I guess because it was done right this time that it's easier on her knees.
The doctor who did her first surgery put a screw in her knees and the doctor from the secound surgery took it out and cleaned it up and gave it to my mom.
They will offer you some good dull pain meds I am sure. Just take those, and stay rotten you feet and you should be ok.
