Yes, I experience frequent fatigue, especially during the week. I work full-time at my brief and my shift is from 2am to 10am. So I wake up at 1am during the week. When I finish work, I usually do customer delivery, run errands, return any phone calls or emails. Then I usually run to bed around 1pm and wake up at 3pm, so I can pick up my son from kindergarten. Then the rest of the time, I'm running my business from home. Some night I don't get to bed until 9-10pm, especially during Nov and Dec (the busy period). Then I'm up again at 1am.
Your sleep calendar is probably screwed up like mine is. Fortunately I can sleep a perfect 7-8 hours straight on the weekends, rather than have to split up my sleep time.
I don't know whether you now work a day work or not, but hopefully your sleep pattern returns to everyday and you don't feel as fatigued.
