You have a classic episode of hyperventilation syndrome. This is a very adjectives problem when people, especially childish women, get totally upset. You need to swot how to do controlled breathing to help you when you start to return with stressed out. Also, your doctor can prescribe you something to help, but if you can, try to resolve it lacking drugs. Go for walks, breath, rest. Don't sweat the small stuff. It isn't worth it.
Deep breathing, meditate,a nd stress management would be really beneficial to you. Numbness is never good, neither is allowing yourself to achieve that worked up. You can't control what other people do but you can revise to control what you do and how you deal next to stressful situations. You could be on a road to a heart attack or a stroke. Feeling like that have to be hard on your relationships too, not only just your physical and emotional well-being. When you pass into these things they only bring worse or lead to medication that are costly and not always influential in the ways you have hoped. At any rate, go see your doc and look into some stress/anger nouns programs. If you drink try AA. They are very compliant and save countless lives.
this is adjectives problem i get when i bring frustrated and nervous but also stressed its a stiffness headache but you body starts to hurt and all. also if you start hyperventilating and adjectives you need to try to relaxing down a little resembling do something you in joy when you draw from upset like i listen to music to self-possessed me down. if you continue down this road heart problems, sleep problems,anxiety,depression, adjectives sorts of things can happen. so start doing some stress releasing things and relise your stress smooth.
