Help, cant sleep. tried heat milk and doesn't work. What can I do?

Try reading a boring book, enjoy sex, try counting backward from 100 and convey yourself every 10 you get more and more tired - eyes hefty (a little self hypnosis), exercise or you could eat a big banquet - alot of people procure tired after that.
If not, be productive - clean out a closet, drawers or scrapbook.

Go and transport a nice warm hip bath or have a thaw shower...it works for me!!!

The bottom line is don't focus on getting to sleep at the right time. Focus on wake up at the right time. This is because although you cannot control when your body decides to tumble asleep, you have total control over when you stir up.
