Something in my eye - gone after sleeping?


Last night I have something in my eye that was bothering me for hours. I thought it may enjoy been makeup, since it started bothering me after taking out my contacts and removing my makeup.
The "something" in my eye bothered me for three hours...next I went to bed.
When I woke up this morning, my eye be okay. It was a short time puffy, but nothing be in it.
How does sleeping engender my eye feel better?
Could it enjoy been a cut into that healed during the dark?

you could enjoy had some germs in your eye, perchance from not washing your hand! im not saying thats the solitary reason, but it can also be as simple as an eyelash! any that, little bits of dust and like "grain-type-sand" attitude can be associated to why your eye was irritated. If irritation persist, please seek a doctor forthwith! hope you feel better and devout luck!

I Just can't sleep!?

That happens to me sometimes, and my eye doctor said it's not that nearby was something in my eye, it be that my eye was dry so it feel like something be. He said when my eyes get dry, a level of mucus builds up to compensate for the lack of moisture. I be having a similar problem every hours of darkness. He said to try taking fish oil or flaxseed grease supplements. Didn't work for me, since those pills are HUGE and smell bad to boot. So I started drinking 4-6 servings of hose a day, resembling I should anyway and I've noticed a huge raise.
