each time i begin to exercise i trigger bad my problem, a few days of almost feeling paralysed and it disappears (for awhile)..How am i supposed to get hold of fit when this keep stirring!!??

I broke my ankle several weeks ago (see my other questions fro details) and the Dr. only just gave me the run ahead?

Lie on your back. Place whichever side of the leg is hurting up to your chest, but place it similar to you were going to sit indian style on the floor. so primarily make a right angle next to the hurt side. then craddle the other leg underneath the hurt leg's ankle and verbs toward your chest. do this about 15 times for 1 minute respectively time. this streches the muscles and helps it not to cramp anymore.
