Ab injury?
A few days ago in my PE class we did some ab exercises. Usually the next daylight my abs are a little sore. But this time my abs are sore from times gone by three days. My stomach hurts to lay down on my back to sleep and I requirement to hunch a little for my stomach not to hurt. These symptons are not usually adjectives for me after an ab workout. I think I did the workout for a time to fast. Is it a minor muscle verbs or what?

You are on the right track. Do you do a lot of filling ab workouts? It sounds like you may hold DOMS or delayed onset muscle soreness. This is fundamentally common beside an exercise session that is much tougher that majority activity. The muscles may be sore for 3-4 days afterwards but will slowly perceive better. Try some LIGHT stretching exercises like lying on your stomach and pushing up while keeping your hips on the ground. This will create a light stretch of the abdominal muscles and that may facilitate lessen the pain. A muscle verbs or strain is possible but the treatment would be the same next to stretching and ice as needed.
