Neck and back agony due to accident... suggestion needed please?


I often receive a really stiff neck, and a anguish that goes adjectives the way down from my collar to the bottom of my shoulder blade, it feels close to a tight string so I am assuming it is muscular pain. I hurt my subsidise in a riding luck, my head snapped rear legs and all the top vertebrae get crushed together. This happened several years ago but I enjoy never fully recovered from it. The result is that I also get backache in my backbone between my shoulder blades. I deem it is possible the 2 are connected, since one of my shoulders now hang lower than the other as I ripped all the tendons within my neck.

What I would close to to know, is how I can strengthen all the muscles within my back, nouns and shoulders to make them even again, as I have an idea that this would help. (I can't afford to turn to a physio, or I would).
