Neck and back agony due to accident... suggestion needed please?
What I would close to to know, is how I can strengthen all the muscles within my back, nouns and shoulders to make them even again, as I have an idea that this would help. (I can't afford to turn to a physio, or I would).

Hello!
It seems that your impulsive recovery be not treated properly and now you suffer a chronic condition. This is the legitimate meaning of "bleak karma" :)
Well first you need to know what is your exact problem...
MRI, Xrays and clinical and postural RoM (range of motion), palpation assessment are model for it.
Whatever is your decision, try first osteopathy (Muscle heartiness etc...) and remedial massage (myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy) for the dull pain that you feel that "go down".

I hate to influence it, but I had duplicate type of injury and the only piece that relieved the pain be surgery. You may have herniated discs which cause nerves to be irritated from pressure. I walked around liek this for a year up to that time the doc did an MRI and said "wow! You NEED surgery!" It took aboput a year to recover, but the strain is mostly gone and my quality of enthusiasm has better. Have you had an MRI done?I smoked pot for 6 weeks straight but stopped 7/2/07, will i slip away a drug test by 8/1/07?

Of course, if there's been an injury, a professional counsel, if at all possible to attain, would be adjectives, in demand that you don't do yourself any further injury. Meanwhile, take it graceful, see how your body reacts to particular movements... stop as soon as it starts feeling overstretched... do for a while bit more the next hours of daylight, and so on.

I surely agree with Puffy that no-one here can or should diagnose you in need an examination. And don't do any pouring exercise until you've got it sorted out.However. I would include a McTimoney chiropracter in your chronicle of people to consult.
If the spasm persists after you've have manipulation and muscle work, then see a craniosacral shrink or a cranial osteopath.
I do know what I'm on about have had several years of back throbbing resolved by McTimoney and cranial work.
Please tell me what might be wrong beside my foot?
Puffy is absolutely correct. You necessitate to see a medical professional. DO NOT attempt any exercise or solution on your own before a thorough and complete evaluation have been made. You may want to desire the services of a highly qualified osteopathic physician who perform, on a regular basis, instruction manual therapy which should include cranial osteopathy. This is a doctor who can lay down X-rays, MRIs, write prescriptions, etc, basically does adjectives that an MD can do, but performs hands-on work and, surrounded by your case, should specialize within the neuro-muscular system.
Other modalities to investigate, in cooperation with your doctor: medical chafe therapy, CranialSacral Therapy, cavernous tissue massage, acupuncture, BioSync (if you're lucky plenty to have a practitioner within your area), neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, physical dream therapy. Some or all of these therapy will be helpful surrounded by releasing the trauma patterns/pain being held surrounded by your tissues. Also, check with your doctor on some honest nutritional supplements to expedite the healing, restoration and rejuvenation of your entire body.
If you don't enjoy insurance and can't get the money for these therapy, please do speak with the practitioners. Many practitioners are liable to give a discounted rate or work out a costs plan.
