I feel disconfort when I clear physical excercise!?

I didn't do much excercise for moderately some time now, and also go almost straight to this excercise, no warm ups.
Afterwards, I feel so unpleasant feeling inside, resembling I don't know, approaching vomitting/ air blocking, a species of termole in my stomach & some dizzy ness.
What a hell could this have it in mind?

If you are over 40 you need to run see a GP before you start doing adjectives this again.
Take loads of fluids and strech well and heat up up first.
Your body is not a machine, it wants to be treated well.

You are doing well,what is going on to you is quite mundane.Just start by taking things slowly then at a snail`s pace increase it as you get fitter.Remember to do proper stretching and drink closely of water.its just that the blood isn't getting adjectives round your body properly, concentrate on your breathing when you're excercising. also in future do melt ups, as they will get ur blood pumping faster round ur body, helping to prevent cramps and things.

this is impeccably normal for someone who is unfit and overdoes the exercise first time
