u may have only pulled the muscle or caught the nerve its usually nought o worry out but if it get worse and doesnt fade off shift see ur gp/doctor!

you might hold a pinched nerve from your lower subsidise which is causing the stomach-ache there. Maybe see a chiropractor. When do you carry the pain though?How do you get the impression after you've stumped your toe on a table leg, or on a footboard?

If you are suffering, you should go to the doctors and go and get it checked out properly. No-one online can tell you accurately and your condition is too important to mess around near. It is probably something like growing pains or a pulled muscle, but win it checked out girl!I think its more than predictable a trapped nerve
