You could have sleep apnea, especially if you're other feeling tired. Your doctor can refer you to a sleep clinic for diagnosis. Sleep apnea is impressively serious, can affect your heart and the rest of your body.
Keep a little sleep review for a week or so, marking down the times you obtain up and how you feel...throat dry, do you get up yourself with snoring, chest pressure, anything else you mind.
Good luck!

That used to happen to me. Try purchasing a different bed...conceivably the one you sleep on is very self-conscious.

Can a horse bite near the sternum pull my lung or anything serious?

it's not abnormal. especially if you enjoy no problem going back to sleep. in attendance are a lot of other factor involved. your age, health, medication, etc.

Bee sting??

I have hear and read several times that it is very average to wake up a couple of times respectively night. As long as you are competent to fall hindmost to sleep quickly, it's fine. If you perceive tired most of the time, you may want to talk to your doctor. Depending on if you sleep alone, is near someone who can tell you if you snore? Sometimes a snoring problem can be a symptom of sleep apnea, which would emphatically make you tired. Otherwise, he/she may prescribe something for you for a couple of weeks to sustain you get into a devout sleep rhythm. If you are a very wishy-washy sleeper, you may not be going through the proper phases of sleep, thus you are not rested when you wake the subsequent morning. Good luck.

Is it safe to drink when you pinch medication once a day?

I do that too. You're probably merely a light sleeper approaching me, and if so, there's nothing you can really do almost it. But make sure you don't drink too much befoere going to bed (I enjoy to get up a great deal, which wakes me up even more) you don't own too much covers and you don't have too little, too much frothy can wake you up even if you are still tired, and fix anything else that could possibly rouse you up. Good Luck!

Does working night shift really bring 10 years off of your life span?

No, I do not believe this is normal. I worked as a medical assistant for over 6 years and this is typically a sign of insomnia
and I personally own the same problem, I get up at least 2-3 times a dark and have a rock-hard time getting back to sleep, I can constantly exhausted unless I bear my RX'd meds. "Ativan" , it is a tranquilizer and really helps. I would trade name a "sleep log" and date the times, etc. that you awake and then filch that into your doctor, it will really help him and you beside this problem. Good luck, I so know the feeling honey.

Stomach tenderness?

That happens to me too! I don't regard it's normal though, maybe you have too much enthusiasm when you sleep? Maybe you could try exercising before bed, so you're really drained when you turn in.

If you embezzle a warm shower next go out side while it's snowing will you find a cold?

I wake up 1 - 3 times a dark but it doesn't make me tired during the sunshine. I am able to spill out right back to sleep--are you competent to? How old are you? If you're within your 40's or 50's, it is common to wake up up a lot and not carry a solid night's sleep (according to my Ob/gyn doc). You could ask your doctor to prescribe Ambien or another sleep drug, or try taking Benadryl before bed (it's an anti-histimine that make most people sleepy). But you really should stir to your doctor and tell him/her that you're other tired and maybe they'll check your thyroid level. If your thyroid is normal, later they might recommend you spending the night within sleep center.

How can I work when I'm in niggle?

No it is not normal for you or me. I go and get up multiple times in the hours of darkness to go to the bathroom. I enjoy a horshoe shaped kidney which means the kidneys are attached at the bottom. Liquids settle there until I lay down and the liquid that settled in the bottom of the kidneys will imbue the bladder then I hold to get up and hit the hip bath room. I would talk to your doctor roughly speaking your sleeping patterns. It could be something so simple as something in your diet won't agree to you get the weighty sleep you need.
