Sprain ankle that won't heal?
I sprained my ankle 5 months ago. Swelling have gone down alot but it's still swollen alittle. I have no problem walking but when I run, it hurts a moment or two until I am warmed up. After I am warm up, I have no problem. I go to see a school doctor 4 months after I sprained my ankle and took an x-ray and the college doctor told me she doesn't see anything broken or anything. She advised me to see a foot doctor because it is not her specialty but I own no insurance. Do I need to verbs or will it heal completely eventually?

unfortunatly it might not treat, and there is a posibility that you will enjoy this probalem for the rest of your life.
I tap alot, and once i attempted to do a jump and i land on my ankle and sprained it. It took me very long to lurk for the swelling and brusing to go away, still didn't discern good consequently, I have a salsa performance i have to do, and i was running and tripped, spraining my ankle again. BUT this time it heal momenterly. I belive that when i sprained it the seond time, the bones and joins wen final to their original splaces.....
It might not be see on x-rays that your bones and joints are slightly shifted, it might look majority and in position, but I don`t know there is a intensely slight shift, which is causing you this affliction
If you are still having swelling and torment yes you should see someone as this is too long to keep have that many problems. Get it rechecked.
Why do I own extreme lower back headache when I jog?
I own sprained my ankles many times!!! Its regular for it to still hurt!!! sprained ankles always purloin a long time to heal.... I sprained my ankle in Belize later Christmas and I still get headache after being on my foot to long
