What causes stabbing pains around my nose/mouth nouns... its like pinpricks/being stabbed next to needles near where on earth my nose connects to my frontage. It only happen occasionally... but its an odd, annoying sense.. I wasn't laying on my frontage and it isn't numb or anything...
