I quit cold turkey one time for 5 years. During those 5 years I had so plentiful colon problems that I cannot even count. My entire system was shocked to read aloud the least. Pain, discomfort, irregularity, constipation, bloating, etc., etc. After several test and 2 surgeries I was finally ok. I really conjecture stopping cold turkey put undo stress on my system. Unfortunately I returned to smoking and my system be ok, but now I would love to stop again but dread the outcome. Maybe I will try to quit slowly.What is this cramp Im experiencing in my leg?

cold turkey is very stressful, but unless you get stress related health issues its not going to execute you. Also its the best way to stop adjectives together because you wont be putting any nicotine in your system and after about 3 days the worst is over, after after about 3 weeks your pretty much set!
Cold turkey is the best way, but terrifically few people are strong ample or motivated enough to do it. the single person to do it be my dad when he was 70. He quit coughing, and could breathe better right away. He be very proud, too. If you can't do it, do the patch point. My wife did that, I think it took her 6 weeks. Too discouraging she waited until she have cancer and a stroke.
