There is a fab book called the Liver Detox Diet (that help me lose weight) that has a diet that can get hold of your body back to the nitty-gritty, and you are then introduced spot on foods gradually, and is an excellent road of working out which foods to avoid (I am an allergy sufferer- cutting adjectives meat, dairy and most e-numbers from my diet has reasonably literally changed my life for the better and freed me from an anti-histamine addiction). Keep a food diary and write down everything- what time you ate the food, what time you reacted etc. Remember, some reaction take longer to take place than others.

3) Artificial Sweeteners - aspartame, acesulfame K, saccarin... seriously impossible for you, cause palpitations, headaches- made me a highly sick person for a long time until I cut them from my diet.
4) Various e-numbers. Check out the hyperactivity awareness groups intended for parents. They list adjectives the e-numbers and their possible reactions contained by children (rashes etc). An access source for any allergy sufferer.
5) Peanuts, peppers and citrus fruits are other adjectives problem-causing foods. Peanuts contain a mold, and many nutritionists recommend nation do not eat them, full stop.

What doctor said you enjoy to live with it? That doesn't bring in sense, and I would find a new doctor. There must be a source for the nausea. You need to find what is triggering it. Maybe you would try to wipe out various foods and perchance you will find what is causing it. Ginger is a biddable suggestion but it will only concealing outfit the problem not solve it.You may want to seek out a nutritionist to give a hand you with you food choices. Also, a gastroentologist is the doctor that deal with stomach, colon, etc. and would be capable of diagnose better than a general kith and kin doctor.
