I wouldn't vote so, dancing may burn a few calories but isn't impossible to tell apart sensation as after a visit to the gym unless you ain't doing it right in the gym (or become complacent).If I miss the gym for a couple of days and after have sex however I seize the same soreness around the upper body but give attention to thats normal as I spend too much time at the gym and missing a hours of daylight here and there can take action strangely when you keep it overexcited, relax and then emotional again.
