Bruised Ribs suck, Laughing,coughing & sneezing waste you and if its really bad, only just breathing hurts. You have to of late ride it out till one day you sneeze and expect..oh cool that didnt hurt.

when i fractured my rib, it took in the region of a month or 2. for a bruised rib id read out around 3 weeks mayb 4. yea its annoying but i say only just take some advil or something to comfort with the anguish. thats really all u can do. the actual pain go away in around a day or too but the soarness stays for a while, it get easier after a while.
