Well, nearby are a lot of things. For some function a hangover sticks out in my mind.A hangover headache is cause by your brain being feeling thirst, which makes your brain shrink a bit. Now that its smaller than the inside of your skull, it "rattles" around a bit.
This is why it hurts more when you move your chief quick, or bend over suddenly.
I'm sure at hand are a TON of other explanations, but that's the one i always remember.
