You would know if she had rabies. Keep the cat but try to compassionately discourage her from biting. I had a biting cat & I would right to be heard no & gently close her mouth. Eventually she stopped biting. Also don't tolerate anyone play with her roughly as that will guide her to be aggresive.
Clean the wound thoroughly & watch for infection. If infected see a dr.

Umm...the grill is does you cat have rabies?? If it does afterwards you might...head to the doctor and grasp it checked out. You would no if your cat has rabies....trust me. If it doesn't later clean it and but a bandaid over your sore toe and KILL the cat!....LOL
Cats don't get rabies. There are maybe 20 cases surrounded by the US in days gone by 20 years. The reason they achieve the shots is for their protection from raccoons, opossums, etc. Just flush out the wound and put some Neosporin on it.

your cat has to hold rabies for you to get rabies from a bite. look up the symptoms on wiki or something.if you're not scratched or bleeding don't verbs about it.

Rabies is tremendously rare contained by the United States and most developed countries. When there are cases, it's usually cause by wild animal bites, and not by household pets. Is your cat an indoor cat? If she is, it's markedly unlikely that she's carrying rabies. If she is allowed outdoors and she hasn't been vaccinate, then the risk is still small, but it's still a risk. Clean out the bite near soap and water, and put antibacterial liniment on it. Keep it clean, and see it for signs of infection. It's pretty easy to take an infection from a cat bite. Your best bet would be to see your doctor to find out if it's necessary for you to get hold of rabies treatment, just to be on the undamaging side.

you will simply get rabies if the cat have rabies... has she have her shots? Has she been bit by a squirl, rabbit or bat? no?Otherwise... bathe with melt soapy water and apply antibiotic lotion...
claw injuries are the real exposure. You can get catscratch disorientation from that. And let me enlighten you from experience, you don't want that.
But bites are generally non-hazardous so long as the animal has not be bitten by anything her/himself.

i doubt your cat has rabies so of late apply neosporin and keep it verbs and dry I'm sure you'll be fine.
