A month ago, I met with an quirk wherein a vehicle ran over the point of my left foot going away the toe dislocated and with a couple of minor fractures. The up-to-the-minute xrays have revealed that the dislocated toe have been properly fixed and adjectives but one fracture healed. However, the swelling is near and as a result I am still not able to support myself using both foot or walk in general. Every day, I am giving a lukewarm sea massage to the departed foot.

Please help me near some great ideas/solutions to reduce the 3 to 4 days time as I can't remain somewhat active as far as my work is concerned. Awaiting your positive response.
