M ankle hurts bad.what could it be?!?!?

Ah, the memories.

A. Know your stuff.

B. Let it roll. Some attendings are great, some suck. Either road there is a large amount to learn from them. From the suitable ones, learn how to be a upright doctor, a good lecturer, how to listen to patients. From the bad ones, you cram the "how not to's" and you learn leniency.... being a doctor is tremendously frustrating. As a student and resident sometimes it's the attending. When you have adjectives the responsibility of the patients life on your shoulders, the time that be difficult because of the scrutiny of an overbearing attending physician seems smallest.
