Upper back backache?
i hurt my back lifting weights the other afternoon. (front-squating). when i racked the weights my back get very tight and it feel like i have to flex my back, when i stopped flexing or clenching my support, it became deeply painful. that be a couple of weeks ago, now i own pain when i move my nouns up and down. what is wrong?

Sounds approaching you either enjoy a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle. Both take a few weeks to heal. See if you can fiddle with the pain for another two weeks or so. If your still hurting you can jump to a chiropractic or doctor to make sure it's zilch serious. Right now only just take it natural on your muscles and try rubbing tiger balm on your neck and sore muscle areas.
