Foot cramps can be caused by alot of things. Lack of circulation is one possibility. Another is a blood clot. Mostly blood clots will one and only effect your legs but it is possible to get the tender and cramping in your foot as well. If it have been a continuous problem I would want out medical advice. Blood clots and even poor circulation are zilch to play around with. Also if you are diabetic this can do you to have issues beside your feet.
