I don`t think a chiropractor is the answer, much too raucous on your neck!!!
Physio will assist more, yes it will heal but will run time.
Don`t be tempted to support your nouns too much as you need to build up your muscles which will support the bone better.

I would suggest you see a Neurologist and enjoy an MRI. X-rays cannot detect herniated discs or nerve compression. If you do within fact hold a herniated disc, chiropractic adjustments will singular aggravate the situation.
