What should I do about misery? read on?


I once jumped bad a swing and really hurt my ankle!I never went 2 the doctor and it hurt 4 i full year. Now whenever i hurt it alittle it feels resembling I just jump off the swing again! What should i do?

I sprained my ankle very scantily running bases within softball.

shoulda gotten it checked out sooner but since your alreayd at this point, sounds approaching u could have any torn a muscle or mayb its just a sprain that didnt treat correctly. yea jumping rotten swings can hurt... i do it alot and if u jump too giant yea it does seem ta hurt... idk mayb attain the ankle checked out.
