If you've actually be diagnosed with have cluster headaches, and your doctor does nought to help but pass you pills I would consider getting a different doctor that will actually facilitate you.I don't have cluster headache, but have have chronic headaches for the finishing three years or so, and what helps mostly for me is to sit within a dark, low room or sleep if I can.
Sex seems to give support to get rid of them too :p

I knew a guy that the doctor thought be having cluster headache. The doc gave him a med and said it should work inwardly 20 minutes IF it's going to work. The guy couldn't talk and be moderately menatlly retarded, so he couldn't give his report. Anyway, ask your doctor about the med. We tried adjectives sorts of things from a warm hip bath, dim light, cranium massage, etc. Only the med changed things.when you first surface them coming on take a few asprin, and ib profen. later lay down on your back and put a humidify wash cloth on your forhead.. that should abet out. you may want to try going to a ciropractor sometime here in the very hard by future as okay.
