I have be experiencing pins and needles on the end two fingers on boths hand and little on the palms. Has been resembling this for two days and wondering if anyone could help.

My neck hurts when i turn it to the right. greatly a lot?

The train 2 fingers? If you are talking roughly speaking the index finger and the longest finger, then this is a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome or medial resolve troubles of some sort.
If it is the pinky and the finger next to it, after that suggests ulnar nerve involvement. Go to a doctor or chiropractor near this and see what is going on. It is odd that it should appear within both hands at equal time and for it to come on suddenly.
