Aww, those small cuts really hurt!! Soak it in some warm saline water. Rinse it in good health, then apply some A&D liniment, or a little neosporin if you're not allergic to it. Cover it near a band-aid. Try to keep the band-aid from getting damp, and when it does, change to a verbs one. Soak it at least once a sunshine for a couple days, leave it covered near a band-aid at all times. It should grain better after 3 days or so.
