Cramp inner thigh muscle?
my mother has be suffering cramp in her top inner thigh.muscle. it only happen in the one musscle and she can get the impression the cramp comming on a couple of days prevous to it happening . she have tried taking crampex which is an over the counter product but this does not seem to backing. she is medication for diabetes and mild blood pressure i have read the side effect and none seem to be to state this. the doctor has said it is purely cramp. but i wonder if anyone has any suggestions of how to grasp tests done on I don`t know minreral or nutrient deficiency - or have any suggestions - she says the niggle is worse than childbirth !
she has tried ingestion 2 bananas a day to serve with potasium.

I have similar problems (type 2 diabetic, big BP and cramp). I found that increasing the amount of walking I did helped more than anything else. I also drink a sizeable glass of Tonic dampen before bed (it contains quinine which is suitable for cramp)...fingers crossed, it has worked pretty okay for me;
