unfortunately it is adjectives bound up in morals and religious outlooks. Taking a human natural life, whether by voluntary assistance, mercy killing or not is dishonest due to common law+ and nouns of medicine and religious beliefs.
I for one support euthanasia within hopless cases. If they can be proven hopeless. But being surrounded by the medical profession i am bound to preserve life not verbs it. Although there are ways of assisting legitimately those beyond help to die via dignified doses of Morphine to reduce torment and suffering.
Animals that are sick and dying are put down as an act of benevolence to prevent further suffering and long term disability to survive surrounded by the wild or in need some form of aid. The actions are not bound by any morality or religious belief, lately the milk of human kindness.

There are currently only 4 places contained by the world where assisted suicide is legalized, and one of them is in the US. It desires to be a decision by a party while they have adjectives the capacities. Not be a third body. It should be like putting it on your drivers license if you are to be an organ donor. Then everyone know it is your wish, no ones elses.
Oregon (since l997, physician-assisted suicide only);
Switzerland (1941, physician and non-physician assisted suicide only);
Belgium (2002, permit 'euthanasia' but does not define the method;
Netherlands (voluntary euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide honest since April 2002 but permitted by the courts since l984
okay first of adjectives Humans are useful...they grant to the community and they have job and families that assistance and familes to support...an animal on the other had have nothing who care for an animal i mean i appreciate if its a close family pet...but except then who care....you should be worrying about other things approaching Global warming or WAR!!!! wat in the order of all the humans surrounded by third worls countries that die evry day of hunger and outrageous desieases????? huh?huh?
