Thumb and lower backbone issues?


I have a few issues, first is my vertebrae, recently my lower final has be hurting, i mean i can barley stretch my legs since it hurts when i bed down to them... any guidance? i dont think its so desperate i need a doctor... but its a discomfort to live with... subsequent for about a couple months nearby has be a pain within my thumb, at the moment it feels fine but im other having to lift up for football and such and work so when i put pressure/weight on it its starts to hurt and i have to depart it alone for a day or so beforehand its good again... my coach said it could basically be a bone bruise but almost 2 months after he said that it still hurts...

I would say yes you want to see a doctor you never know what it could be. Even if it is stress you should get checked. You utter it is a pain you can live next to but it could get worse
