How can I test an injured knees to see if it has heal completely?

I tores a small ligament in my right knees and have gone it alone to heal on its own because that is to say all I be told to do- now, 6 months subsequent, it doesn't hurt anymore like it used to, and I am thinking it's heal... but how can I "test" it out to see if I can run again? I don't want to do the wrong things and end up tear it MORE if it is NOT healed resembling I think it is.

Try doing exercises that involve moving your knees a lot, resembling running. Run for about 5 min and if starts to hurt than it still have some healing. If there's a scab there than you it's still restorative.

My stomach pains...?

I would do brisk walks. That road it is easy on the injury.

Cheer practice..?

do not tryout your knee, stick to strengthening excercises. working on stability in a controlled compass of motions. a trimmed ligament has the potential to re-tear.

Who have done an ALCAT test up to that time? Do i need to express the night earlier?

Maybe try walking on it or jogging really slowly and you should know how to test what it does.
