How can I stop getting cramp in the morning?

Don't listen to some of this crap. Several have told you the problem and the answer. It's get nothing to do near your heart. It's muscle cramps. Buy some quinine water at any store or drug store and drink it. Quinine make your muscles stop cramping. You can also get an RX from your Doctor for Quinine. Prescription Quinine works best but the river you can buy at any store works good too. Just drink plenty and the cramps will budge away. If it is a potassium problem just get through a couple banana's during the day however I suppose the quinine water will work economically for you. It did for me.
depends...are u excersising and not stretching enough.Drinking plenty of river aids cramp.If your exerting yourself...heavy lifting , like mad of walking or even driving..where your legs are within the same position for long period of time...some gentle stretches while your within bed at nite should help.point your toes and flex your foot 20times.do this on a morning before you gain out of bed too!

I know this sounds stupid but please try it. My Mother suffered from cramp for years until in the future my husband told her to put a good size magnet contained by the bed with her when she sleeps. She be much better, at first she didn't believe it but in the cessation she wouldn't sleep without the magnet. it is worth a try don't you surmise?not sure what is causing it but when i be pregnant isuffered a lot near cramp. my midwife recommended having a cup of tonic water earlier i went to ed and this in truth worked. Worth getting it checked out with your GP f it continues.

It can be due to a deficit of potassium in your diet. If you are taking a sea pill this can deplete your potassium level. Drink lots of river during the daycramp in the leg and especially within the morning is one of the signs of magnesium deficiency!. What you can do is to supplement a strong multi vit and mineral complex and transport extra magnesium and calcium supplement
