What is a "lie" bump on your tongue and what cause it? Also if you know of any remedies, please share them!
Answers:
The fancy name for "pretend bumps" is transient lingual papillitis.
Basically this condition represents a mild inflammation of some of the tiny bumps on the upper surface of the tongue. These particular bumps contain some of the fancy buds of the tongue and because of this, they contain a lot of nerves. Even somewhat inflammation causes these bumps to hurt much more than their size would indicate.
Currently, the inflict of transient lingual papillitis is unknown, and there is no important treatment besides numbing or covering agents. But there have been no association beside IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).

What's the best medicine for a cold?
A "tell stories bump", is a blister on your tounge. It is an Old Wives Tale that these "bumps" occur when you report someone a lie.Technically I believe they are cause by acid contained by tomatoes and stuff like that.
I don't come up with there is a cure.
